From scouting to the wrap of the final day: we manage the full arc of recces, permits, logistics and on-the-ground coordination. Below, the areas we cover for every production.
Curated selection from our private catalogue of historic villas, palazzi, country estates, beaches and hill towns. Initial briefing, shortlist, guided recces. Every proposal arrives with original photography and operational details (room dimensions, crew capacity, accessibility).
Municipal permits, Soprintendenza approvals, port authorities, ENAC drone clearance, private-property agreements. We know the right people and the realistic timelines. We handle everything, including required insurance policies.
Fixers, location managers, transfers, accommodation, catering, security, generators, base camps. We work with vetted Sicilian suppliers. One reference interface for the production.
For every request we produce a dedicated pitch — photo gallery, multilingual descriptions, key details — accessible to the client in a reserved area. We update proposals in real time during the selection phase.
Team building, incentives and bespoke corporate events: exclusive venues, logistics for large groups, and partner hotels to host your whole delegation.
