We started out of necessity: too many productions were landing in Sicily without trusted local partners, losing days to bureaucracy and missing the right locations for lack of scouting. Steven, Justin and Michael — with backgrounds across film production, high-end hospitality and historic property management — built Sicily Locations as a bridge between those who search and those who hold.

We work discreetly. Properties in our portfolio are not published online: they are selected, photographed and proposed to those who really need them, through a tailored pitch. That is what allows us to represent private historic villas, noble palazzi, country estates, hard-to-reach beaches and protected hill towns — places that would never want to be on a holiday-rental site.

Our job does not end with the pin on the map: we handle permits, fixers, accommodation, F&B, security, insurance cover. We work hand-in-hand with local production and we speak the language of the property owners — literally and culturally.
